Golden puff pasty stuffed with sliced ham, mushroom, onions, and cream cheese. This dish is from my childhood, it is my mothers recipe

PORK ROAST BURGER

Thinly sliced pork roast with a crispy rind. Stuffed on a brioche bun with braised red cabbage , pickles, remoulade, ketchup and mayonnaise.

DANISH HOTDOG

Two wiener sausage from VikingDelight, wheat hotdog bread topped with ketchup, mustard, remoulade, fried onions and pickle cucumber. 

You will see hotdog stand everywhere in the city center of Copenhagen. Hotdog came to Denmark in 1920, but It was first in 1940 it became very popular 

SHEPHERD'S PIE

Ground lam and beef cooked with garden vegetable in a red wine sauce covered with a crusty lid of mash potatoes and freshly grated parmesan. Served with a side salad. In the 15th century, England took control of Ireland. Sir  Walter Raleigh introduced the potatoes to Ireland and overtime the Shepherd's pie was born with leftover from Sunday dinner.

GOULASH
Sliced beef cooked to perfection, with paprika and chunks of vegetables, served with bacon mashed potatoes and a side salad. Traditional stew of Hungary dated back to the 9th century.

DANISH BEEF

Season ground beef patty, caramelized onions, potatoes and brown gravy.   This is a traditional dish from Denmark.

DONER KEBAB

Lamb cooked on a vertical grill with spices, served with a side salad, pita bread and Copenhagen potatoes. Many believe that the doner kebab was actually first created in Berlin by a Turkish guest worker named Kadir Nurman in 1972.

Copenhagen grill

Curry wurst with curry ketchup $20.99 

One big bratwurst from Viking delight , cooked crispy served with fresh onion, fried Copenhagen potatoes and side salad.

The currywurst's origins are attributed specifically to the German capital. In 1949, a resourceful German housewife, Herta Heuwer, traded some spirits with British soldiers for ketchup. The trade created the dish - composed of German sausage, or wurst, sliced and doused in ketchup and sprinkled with curry powder.

Crispy chicken tenders $ 20.99

Crispy chicken strip covered in batter, served with Copenhagen fried potatoes , side salad and dipping sauce.Around the Mediterranean, archaeological digs have uncovered chicken bones from about 800 B.C.. Chickens were a delicacy among the Romans, whose culinary innovations included the omelet and the practice of stuffing birds for cooking, although their recipes tended more toward mashed chicken brains than bread crumbs

Danish Hotdog $20.99

Two wiener sausage from VikingDelight, wheat hotdog bread topped with ketchup, mustard, remoulade, fried onions, fresh onion and pickle cucumber. Served with Copenhagen potatoes and side salad.

Hotdogs, and the people who sell them, are adored in Denmark, and for good reason. During the First World War, street hotdogs were already popular in Germany and soon caught on in Sweden and Norway, but it wasn't until 1920 that Denmark got its first hotdog vendors.

DANISH APPLE CAKE
Creamy stewed apple cooked with vanilla bean, layered with caramel breads crumbs and topped with cold whipped cream.

APPLE STRUDEL
Sliced apple covered in cinnamon sprinkle with raisin. Wrapped in phylo dough and baked to perfection. Served with cold whipped cream.

SPANISH BURNT CHEESECAKE
Baked burnt cheese cake from the basque area served with raspberry/rhubarb  coulis.

SACHER TORTE
Moist chocolate cake layered with apricot jam and covered in chocolate glaze served with cold whipped cream. Invented by Franz Sacher, supposedly in 1832 for Prince Metternich in Vienna, its is one of the most famous Viennese culinary specialties.

KRANSEKAKE
Two pieces of almond cake, served with whipped cream. The origin of the Kransekage can be traced to the 18th century, were it was created by a baker in Copenhagen.

PAVLOVA
White meringue topped with cold whipped cream and mixed fruit. Pavlova was created in Australia in 1920 in honor of the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. History shows that it comes from Austro-Hungarian empire from the 17th century.
